Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rainkiss rainwear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the product is folded neatly to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized shipping point; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
